Moonwlkr Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

By applying to the Moonwlkr Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Moonwlkr reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. Participation in the Program is limited to approved affiliates who maintain compliance with these terms.

2. Affiliate Tracking & Attribution

The Program is managed through Refersion. Upon approval, affiliates will receive access to a unique affiliate dashboard containing tracking links, promotional materials, and performance reporting.

Affiliate commissions are tracked through Refersion using affiliate links, coupon codes, and other approved attribution methods.

Moonwlkr is not responsible for tracking failures caused by:

- Incorrectly formatted affiliate links

- Browser cookie restrictions

- Ad blockers

- Technical issues outside of Moonwlkr's control

- Customer actions that prevent attribution

- Moonwlkr reserves the right to determine final commission attribution in cases of disputed referrals.

3. Commission Structure

Approved affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases generated through their approved affiliate links or assigned affiliate coupon codes.

Current commission rate:

10% commission on qualifying sales

Moonwlkr reserves the right to modify commission rates, bonus structures, or promotional incentives at any time.

4. Commission Eligibility & Payment

Commissions become eligible for payment 30 days after a completed customer purchase to account for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and fraudulent transactions.

Payments are issued:

Monthly

On or around the 10th day of each month

Via PayPal only

Example:
Commissions earned in January become eligible after the 30-day holding period and are paid during the next scheduled payout cycle.

Additional terms:

- No minimum payout threshold applies.

- Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate PayPal account information.

- Affiliates located in the United States may be required to submit a completed IRS Form W-9 before receiving payments.

- PayPal processing fees, including any applicable transaction fees, are the responsibility of the affiliate.

- Moonwlkr reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions resulting from:

- Returned orders

- Chargebacks

- Fraudulent activity

- Violations of these Terms

5. Cookie Duration & Attribution Rules

Program attribution rules include:

- 60-day cookie duration

- First Affiliate Wins attribution model

- First Source Wins attribution model

- Under these rules, commission credit is generally assigned to the first approved affiliate responsible for referring a customer.

- Coupon Code Override

- If a customer uses an affiliate-specific coupon code at checkout, the associated affiliate may receive commission credit regardless of prior referral attribution.

Moonwlkr reserves the right to review and determine final attribution in cases involving multiple affiliates.

6. Marketing Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

- Bid on Moonwlkr branded terms, trademarks, misspellings, or variations in search engine advertising.

- Run paid advertisements that imply affiliation with Moonwlkr corporate operations.

- Use deceptive advertising practices.

- Publish false, misleading, or unsubstantiated product claims.

- Engage in spam, unsolicited email marketing, or unauthorized SMS marketing.

- Use coupon aggregation websites, discount websites, or cashback platforms without written approval.

- Misrepresent Moonwlkr products or cannabinoid effects.

Any affiliate found violating these restrictions may have commissions withheld and their account terminated immediately.

7. FTC Compliance & Required Disclosures

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement requirements.

Whenever promoting Moonwlkr products, affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship.

Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and easily visible to consumers.

8. Intellectual Property

Moonwlkr grants approved affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved Moonwlkr marketing assets solely for Program participation.

Affiliates may not:

- Modify Moonwlkr trademarks

- Register Moonwlkr-related domains

- Create social media accounts impersonating Moonwlkr

- Represent themselves as employees or official representatives of Moonwlkr

- All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Moonwlkr.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.

Moonwlkr may immediately suspend or terminate an affiliate account for:

- Violation of these Terms

- Fraudulent activity

- FTC non-compliance

- Brand misuse

- Unauthorized coupon promotion

- Any conduct deemed harmful to Moonwlkr

Upon termination:

- Affiliate links may be disabled.

- Unpaid commissions associated with violations may be forfeited.

- Future commissions will cease immediately.

10. Modification of Terms

Moonwlkr reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in the Program following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Acceptance

By applying to or participating in the Moonwlkr Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
